Leicester City’s Premier League preparations continued with simultaneous matches on Saturday. Brendan Rodgers took a stronger squad to Stoke City where they came out on top 2-1 whilst another side fought out a 2-2 draw to League One outfit Rotherham United.

Last season echoed that after he featured in 30 Premier League matches, 21 of which were substitute appearances, where he scored just once and laid on an assist on three occasions.

One fan claimed the 22-year-old would score ten or more goals this season and that everyone was waiting for it. Another supporter believed Iheanacho would become a Leicester legend soon enough.

Others replied saying he needed to keep his head down, stay grounded and work hard whilst one member of the King Power crowd asked the forward to prove any doubters wrong this season and show why Leicester signed him in the first place.
