“Not interested” – Many Newcastle fans do not care about update provided by Pete Graves.
The Sky Sports News presenter, and Newcastle fan, has revealed that Steve Bruce has arrived in China and will take charge of the match against West Ham on Saturday.
Newcastle United have managed to get Bruce and his assistants, Steve Agnew and Stephen Clemence, over to China to complete the last game in the Premier League Asia Trophy – where Newcastle will face the Hammers in the third-place play-off.
Newcastle were thrashed 4-0 by Wolverhampton Wanderers in their first pre-season game – so Bruce’s first task will be to pick his players up and prepare them for the game on Saturday.
Both Matt Ritchie and Jamaal Lascelles have spoken of how they are looking forward to meeting Bruce, but a lot of Newcastle fans do not care that Bruce has arrived in China.
