Swansea City today announced their new home kit for the 2019/20 season, with the shirt being designed in celebration of 50 years of Swansea gaining city status. Many Swansea fans were not pleased though, claiming that the design of the shirt looks lazy and there is no nod to the achievement on the kit whatsoever. Some City fans even claimed that they would not be buying the shirt as they do not like it.
Swansea begin their second season in the Championship since being relegated in 2017/18, and they will do so under new manager Steve Cooper. Cooper was in charge of the England U17 side that won the World Cup in 2017. Cooper took charge at the Liberty Stadium after previous manager Graham Potter was appointed as head coach at Brighton and Hove Albion.

Serious Question, Who designs these, and how long does it take?

Those kits are the definition of underwhelming.

Not the best but it’ll grow on me what happened to the 50 year badge that was meant to go on them..
