This summer Kemar Roofe made the bold step of moving to Belgium in order to join Anderlecht.
The former Leeds forward has seemingly been struggling to adapt to life away from the UK.
Despite the fact he has a number of players around him who used to play in England such as Samir Nasri, Nacer Chadli and Vincent Kompany he’s finding one particular aspect of life in Belgium quite difficult.
A recent Instagram post of his showed that he’s still having trouble understanding the language as he can’t quite fulfil his media responsibilities.
It’s been a case of fake it until you make it for Roofe though as he posted on social media that he has been pretending to understand the questions he has been asked in French.

His former teammate Tyler Roberts was quick to jump into the comments section – jokingly posting about Roofe’s lack of understanding.
Of course, it’s all in good jest and it seems as if the young Welshman misses the 26-year-old at Leeds as the two clearly maintain a good relationship as shown by their online interaction.
