Everton supporters have quickly fallen in love with their new star man Richarlison after his £50m transfer from Watford at the beginning of last season, and enjoyed an excellent first season at the club, scoring 13 goals in 35 appearances in the Premier League.
Having already scored two goals in the first four games of the season, the Brazilian forward looks to have picked up where he left off with guidance from fellow Portuguese-speaking manager Marco Silva.

Richarlison took to social media and responded to an ESPN Brasil reporter who questioned his ability to speak English, having played in the Premier League for three seasons. Joao Castelo-Branco said, “what a great figure Richarlison is, I asked about the statement made by manager Marco Silva that he needs to learn English soon.”
The Everton striker responded on Twitter with the word “live”, with an image of him teaching himself English in what looks like the Finch Farm canteen.
