“No, it’s dreadful,” “Nope” – These Manchester City fans are disappointed with the new away kit and have expressed their distaste with it on the club’s official Twitter.
Manchester City have ditched NIKE and gone for a £650m deal with PUMA, and both the home and away kit have not gone down too well with supporters.
It is not the only the design which has annoyed fans but also the extortionate price with the new away shirt costing a minimum of £65.00 – from the official store.
There is also a unique players shirt that is available for a quite ridiculous £95.00. These prices are a disgrace for a side owned by a multi-billionaire, and you would think they could be massively reduced considering the owners don’t exactly need the money.
The City owners, however, have also increased the season ticket prices, so it seems they are now trying to claw back some of their immense investment.
City fans though are annoyed at the price and the design of their new kit.
