Wolves could be about to make a serious statement of intent to the Premier League, if latest reports are to be believed. Sky Sports Italia (via Football Italia) claim the West Midlands club are interested in signing both Sami Khedira and Moise Kean from Juventus.

The ambitious move for the pair could be exactly what boss Nuno Espirito Santo needs to take the club even further than last season’s seventh-place finish in the Premier League. It could also springboard them into contention for the Europa League too. However, fans seem to think that clinching the duo is rather unlikely.

One member of the Molineux fanbase said it would be a statement to sign both players but said it won’t happen. This was echoed by another supporter claimed the signings would make his life but deemed it to never happen. Others said there’s no chance of it happening even though Kean would be an amazing addition.

It is believed that Khedira has been told that he is surplus to requirements at the club by former Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri whilst any move for the 19-year-old winger likely to involve Wolves’ key anchorman Ruben Neves.

According to one fan, Khedira would still be class at his age and that replacing Helder Costa and Ivan Cavaleiro with Kean wouldn’t be the end of the world whilst that was seconded by another member of the Wolves fanbase who said he would love to see these two at Molineux next season.
