Leeds United fans on Twitter have been reflecting on the clubs transfer business this summer after the transfer window slammed shut on Thursday evening.
It’s been a hectic window for the Whites, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.
Jack Harrison returned for a second season, while the Whites also managed to keep hold of Jack Clarke for another year after loaning him back immediately after selling him to Tottenham.
Other loanees arrived in the shape of Helder Costa and Ben White. The former will be signed on a permanent deal for £15m in 12 months time.
Deadline Day also saw two new loan arrivals in the shape of Eddie Nketiah and Illan Meslier.
They also sold a number of players, Clarke has already been mentioned, but three big names also departed in the shape of Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Pontus Jansson and Kemar Roofe.
Understandably there were mixed feelings amongst the fanbase, as ultimately it remains to be seen whether or not their business will turn out well or not.
Some fans were very positive about the way the window panned out.

On the other hand, some weren’t happy with how their club conducted their business this summer. One fan wasn’t happy that they sold a number of players without spending much.
Can’t paint over the fact that we have brought in a hell of a lot of money without spending very much

A couple of supporters had a dig at Andrea Radrizzani. One stated that he hasn’t done enough in the market.
But unfortunately Radrizzani is still the owner!!! Oh well there is always next year!

Your clearly an idiot – replacing placers with other players ain’t the criteria! It’s the quality of player that’s key! It’s fans like you that enable men like RADZ to continue to fleece our club! #RadzOUT

Other sections of the fanbase weren’t happy with how thin the squad is looking, and they also had complaints about the sales of Jansson and Roofe.
He couldn’t have accepted bids for everyone or we’d literally have nobody to play! It’s not been a great window by any stretch of the imagination. We’ve lost our best CB and top scorer and replaced them with two loans!

IF you are aming for the PL, this is not a big try..
We are on thin ice and if we go up this year, we must have a bit of ‘luck’ in it. Having faith isn’t enough. After last year I was hoping for a little bit more… ????????— Rune Holthen (@ColdNorwegian) August 9, 2019
