“Would love to sign this lad” – A lot of Newcastle fans are excited by Allan Saint-Maximin’s Instagram activity – which suggests he could be on his way to Newcastle.
The 22-year-old French winger was linked to the Toon by L’Equipe this week, and yesterday he liked four posts from Newcastle’s Instagram page.
This has got a few Toon fans believing that Saint-Maximin is on his way to St James’ Park.
Newcastle are close to completing another deal, and Saint-Maximin and their new record signing Joelinton do share the same agent – so there could be something in the story.
Saint-Maximin was only behind Lionel Messi for dribbles completed last season – so he could provide some real excitement for the Toon crowd.
Certainly, a lot of Newcastle fans would be happy with the signing of Saint-Maximin.
