Nottingham Forest fans on Twitter have been reacting to the news that their club have made their tenth signing of the summer in the shape of Brice Samba.
The former Caen goalkeeper has been linked with a move to the City Ground for the past week, and now Forest have got their man.
The East Midlands side have seemingly been desperate for another goalkeeper after also being linked with Scott Carson earlier this week.
It’s hard to rationalise their stance on this though seeing as they already had four senior goalkeepers in the squad.
Indeed, Samba joins Arijanet Muric, Luke Steele, Costel Pantilimon and Jordan Smith as he becomes the fifth goalkeeper in their squad.
However, that group of five has now become a quartet as Steele joined Millwall just hours after Samba was announced.
Even four keepers in the squad is overkill, and many fans don’t understand the thought process of signing another goalie.
Another keeper just what we need

One supporter chimed in with a sarcastic reply stating that he was getting worried about the lack of depth Forest had between the sticks.
Thank god ????Was literally just thinking we didn’t have enough keepers for this season!

A couple of supporters took this as an opportunity to have a dig at their current number one.
Muric had a dreadful debut against West Brom last weekend, and fans have seemingly lost all confidence in his abilities.
Can we send muric back now

Good luck kid, let’s hope your debut is a little more convincing & successful than Muric’s ????????
