Nottingham Forest fans on Twitter have been quick to criticise Sabri Lamouchi after the club lost their opening game of the season to West Bromwich Albion.
The Reds were beaten 2-1 at the City Ground on Saturday evening, and fans were quite clearly unhappy with how their team performed.
The East Midlands outfit were downed due to two goalkeeping errors from Arijanet Muric, but away from those mistakes, supporters weren’t wholly impressed with how they played.
Despite the fact the Reds had more shots than their opposition, supporters were quick to criticise their manager’s style.
Things started out brightly for Lamouchi’s side as Matty Cash put the Reds ahead after eight minutes, but two quickfire goals from the Baggies saw Forest 2-1 down after 26 minutes.
Some Twitter users were quick to compare Lamouchi to another French manager from the club’s history.
Many stated that he is of a similar ilk to Philippe Montanier. Montanier’s time as Forest boss was ill-fated as he was sacked less than seven months after his arrival at the City Ground.
Montanier II. He’ll be gone in October.

This is Montanier all over again, a load of average throw outs and untried kids from Europe who dont adapt to this
tough league, last evening was “same old” bright 20 minutes then lose a grip. Semedo MOM ???? do me a favour, Watson had a better game

Much like Montanier, many fans have predicted Lamouchi to be sacked sooner rather than later. A couple of supporters forecasted that he will be gone by September or November, while another was slightly more optimistic in his view claiming that the 47-year-old will last until closer to Christmas.
Cheapskate manger will probably be gone by November….. #nffc

I was expecting Lamouchi to be binned by the November international break….. I reckon September’s could be on the cards. A terrible appointment but then most of us already knew that anyway. #NFFC

Away from all the brash statements about the manager being sacked, one supporter gave some actual criticism stating that his team selection wasn’t up to scratch.
Terrible team selection today
