Liverpool fans have criticised Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville after making claims that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a squad similar to the one that Jurgen Klopp inherited.
The former Manchester United player made the comments after the Red Devils’ difficult start to the season, with his old side lying eighth in the Premier League table with only one win from four games.
Whereas Liverpool find themselves top of the standings with four wins out of four going into the international break.

Reds’ fans have posted many responses to Neville’s claims, comparing just how bad Klopp’s side was back in 2015 compared to the current Manchester United team of today.
One supporter said that it’s “not even comparable” looking at the two squads, while another fan pointed that the Red Devils were “this summer’s biggest spenders“.
Here are some of the best comments from Liverpool fans:
Anyone that thinks this is deluded. Klopp turned an average Liverpool team into European champions. When Ole came in he already had World class players at his disposal but can’t get the best out of them. Simple as that.

At that point in time. No one wanted to be Liverpool and I distinctively remember getting stick from all other rival fans because they’re teams being better. Even Liverpool’s better players no one wanted – Lallana, Benteke, Lovren etc…
