“Played with our emotions” – A lot of Gers fans have reacted to a club poll that asked them how many times they refreshed their Twitter – as they desperately waited for news on Ryan Kent.
The Gers waited until midnight to announce they had sealed the signature of the 22-year-old and in the process, they annoyed a lot of Rangers fans.
However, in the end, it was all worth it as Kent is now a Rangers player and for a laugh, the club’s media team decided to do a poll that saw 61% of fans respond with “Why Midnight Rangers!”
Throughout the day the club kept announcing player departures rather than the news that most Gers fans wanted but when it was finally announced there was an outpouring of joy.
