Romelu Lukaku appears to be pushing himself out the exit door at Old Trafford, trying to offer Inter Milan his most seductive eyes so they take him away from the last 12 months of his career. His plan appears to be paying off, as Di Marzio reports that Inter Milan are preparing for a two-year loan deal which will result in the Italian club being obligated to pay €70m.
However, Many United fans do not agree with the financial aspects of the deal, as they believe their club will be getting ripped off the side from Milan, with one saying “we need to rebuild now, not in two years”.
United need cash now for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to continue the squad overhaul he has started by bringing in Dan James from Swansea and Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace.
Below are some of the less from impressed reactions from United fans:
Inter Milan are ready to move ahead with a move for Lukaku by setting up a meeting for #mufc to evaluate their offer – a two-year loan with an obligation to option to buy for €70m #mulive [di marzio]
