“Of course Levy did that” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans cannot believe the offer their club made to sign Bruno Fernandes.
Sporting CP’s president Federico Varandas has claimed that Tottenham were the only club to make a serious bid for Fernandes, but the offer was 45m Euros plus 20m in add-ons that relied on Spurs winning the Premier League or the Champions League.
The bid was rejected because Spurs have never won either of these competitions and Fernandes will remain at Sporting.
A move to Real Madrid was mooted but never materialised and it remains to be seen who will go back in for him in January.
These Spurs fans are annoyed at Daniel Levy’s bid for Fernandes.

Many Tottenham supporters are fuming at Levy – as they feel he was just wasting their time with a bid like that.
So in others words just a €45m bid..

No wonder they rejected it. It probably took them a while to stop laughing after hearing about the terms of the add on’s.

Other Spurs fans are not surprised the club made such a stupid bid and are not shocked it was rejected.
